✨ Meet the Founder — Majula Bintou Kebbeh  Majula Bintou Kebbeh is a wellness entrepreneur and founder of MBkebbeh, a brand dedicated to making mindful self-care accessible to everyday people. She combines a professional career in intercultural coordination with a passion for building wellness solutions that bridge hardship and healing. Since September 2022, Majula has served as Coordinator of Refugees@HTWG in the DAAD project Integra at the Intercultural Center, International Office of HTWG Konstanz. In this role, she develops and coordinates advisory services for refugees and international students, creating pathways for integration into higher education and the job market. Her work includes program development, funding acquisition, and building networks across the region — empowering individuals to thrive in new environments. She continues in this position through December 2025. Before joining HTWG Konstanz, Majula gained experience across administration, international mobility, and social development. She worked as an Administrative Officer at the University of The Gambia, supported the 2013 Population and Housing Census with the Gambian Bureau of Statistics, and completed an internship in relocation management in Düsseldorf. Alongside her professional journey, she has actively led and supported community initiatives in youth development, education, women’s empowerment, and social support for vulnerable groups. Her academic path reflects her international perspective and commitment to sustainable progress. Majula holds a Master of Arts in International Management from Hochschule Niederrhein, where she researched sustainable entrepreneurship in The Gambia, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Sectoral Analysis & Management of the Education System and a BSc in Economics from the University of The Gambia. She also completed advanced studies in Business Administration and German language (B2, University of Konstanz). Fluent in English, Wolof, Aku, and Sarahulai, Majula brings strong intercultural competence to both her professional and entrepreneurial projects. Her unique background allows her to bridge cultures, ideas, and people — a theme that inspired the creation of MBkebbeh (Momentum, Bridge, Knowledge). Through MBkebbeh, Majula transforms personal resilience into collective empowerment.
